Crab Cakes

We're from Maryland. So developing an incredible gluten and dairy free crab cake recipe was a must. You're welcome.



Ingredients:

3, 6oz cans of lump crab meat

1 egg

1/3 cup organic mayo

1 Tablespoon lemon juice

1 Tablespoon soy sauce or coconut aminos

1 Tablespoon liquid mustard

3 Tablespoon almond flour

2 Tablespoons melted butter or coconut oil


Directions:

Mix everything together and form cakes into whatever size you prefer.

Broil on high for 9-11 minutes until golden brown.
