How Do I Get Started?

 

Step #1 - Schedule your 30 minute consultation. You will receive an email with links for payment. This initial consultation is required for all new private clients and includes one written exercise program. Fee: $40 

​

Step #2 - During your consultation, your trainer will work with you to determine the best program to fit your needs and budget. You will then get an email with a printable link to your first detailed workout routine. 

​

Step #3 - Enjoy your workout! If you want/need more one-on-one training or nutrition coaching you may choose from the following options... 

​​

  • 6 Week Fitness Program - Includes Coaching and Welcome Packet: $240 (only offered a few times per year by Coach Lenae)

  • 6 Week Fitness Program - Self Paced,100% Digital with Printable Files: $40 

100% Online - Shrink at least one full size, reduce pain & inflammation, increase strength & energy, learn practical steps for relieving stress, and embrace a food freedom approach to nutrition. 

             

  • Fitness & Health Coaching: $30/half hour

Live drop in Zoom calls for personal coaching on whatever topic you need: nutrition, building better healthy habits, get your fitness questions answered, cooking and meal prepping, etc.

  • One-on-One Personal Training: $60/hr

In person or Zoom call. Your trainer will guide you step-by-step through your workout in real time. 

​

  • Personal Program Package: $150  (only offered with Coach Janette by appointment)

100% Online - Includes two customized workout designs, two 30 minute Zoom calls, and unlimited access to your trainer via text and email for 4 weeks.
