Curry Chicken

Super simple slow cooker meal! One of Lenae's, and her husband's, personal favorites.




Ingredients:

1 lb Chicken Thighs

1 cup Canned Full Fat Coconut Milk

3 Tablespoons Natural Peanut Butter

3 Garlic Cloves, crushed and chopped

2 Tablespoons Erythritol (or other sweetener)

2 Tablespoons Soy Sauce or Coconut Aminos

1 Tablespoon Lime Juice

1 Tablespoon Curry Powder

1 Tablespoon Ginger Powder

1 teaspoon salt


Directions:

Simply dump everything in the crock pot and cook on low 6-8 hours.
