Chicken Fajita Bowls

The fastest slow cooker “recipe” I have! I only use the crockpot if it’s truly a dump it all in and forget about it deal. Or else what’s the point, right? - Lenae



I often start this at 7:30am right before leaving for school. It shuts off at 3:30 and stays hot until we walk in the door at 4:30pm. I LOVE coming home to a really good hot meal that’s 100% done!


Ingredients:

1 large jar of salsa or pasta sauce

As many large chicken breasts as you want (I used 4 today)

Taco or Fajita seasoning packet(s)

Onions and/or peppers


Directions:

Dump everything in the slow cooker

Cook on low for 6-8 hours OR high for 4-6 hours

Serve it on top of greens and/or rice.

Top with some plain yogurt/sour cream, cheese, or avocado/guacamole.
